The Church of Jesus Christ

Buckner Restoration Branch

We invite you to join us in worship and fellowship.  Our desire is to do the Father’s will to assist in bringing forth the cause of Zion.  We praise God the Father who is source of all blessing and His Son, Jesus Christ, who suffered and died that we might live.  We rejoice in the glorious light of the Latter Day gospel and pray that our humble efforts and lives might be found acceptable in His sight.

LOVE THY NEIGHBOR AS THYSELF

 Monthly Scriptures:

Mark 12:35-6, And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength. This is the first commandment. And the second is like this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

John 13:34-5, A new commandment I give unto you. That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

John 15:12-3, This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

Romans 13:8, Therefore owe no man anything, but to love one another; for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

1 Peter 1:22, Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently.

1 John 3:11-24

1 John 4:7-12

Genesis 7:23, And the Lord called his people, Zion, because they were of one heart and of one mind, and dwelt in righteousness; and there were no poor among them.

4 Nephi 1:3,4,17-9
